CHILMARK — Zoning Board of Appeals approved four special permits with new winter cover requirement for pools. The board voted unanimously on May 28 to approve permits for residential pools at 25 Old Farm Road and 18 Moses West Road, each conditioned on winter safety covers during off-season months to meet building code standards. The board also approved a garage-to-recreation conversion at 114 Middle Road.
Three other applications were continued to future dates: a coastal residential expansion at 20 Eliot Avenue to June 25 pending a landscape plan and septic system review, and applications at 17 High Mark and 22 Round Pond Road to June 11.
