Two of five Chilmark sales disclose price as trust transfers dominate August deed activity
Five deeds were recorded in Chilmark between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only two disclosed a sale price. The top transaction, 9 Ridge Hill Road, sold for $5.8 million on Aug. 27 from RHR Five Realty Trust to Ridge Hill Properties MV LLC. The only other disclosed sale, 300 North Road, went for $1,249,125 to Tomo Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. The remaining three transfers, at 4 Dilley Way, 0 State Rd Access to Quitsa and an unaddressed parcel, listed no price and included two within-family or trust-to-trust transfers. With most prices undisclosed, the data don't support characterizing the month as busy or slow.
