Six Chilmark properties sold between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, with recorded prices on three of them ranging from $2.7 million to $6.5 million and a median of $5 million. The top sale was 308 South Rd Beach Lot at $6.5 million on Sept. 18, the same day the adjoining 308 South Rd parcel sold for $5 million. The other three sales, including transfers involving the Flanders and Jaffe family trusts, have no recorded price yet, typical of a registry data lag rather than nondisclosure. Six transactions is a modest count for the month, pointing to limited turnover.
