Six Chilmark Deeds Recorded in Late July, Early August; Half Carry No Disclosed Price
Six property transfers were recorded in Chilmark between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only three disclosed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $506,387 to $2,000,000, with a median of $1,800,000. The period's top transaction was 37 N Abels Hill Rd, which sold for $2,000,000 on July 14 to Goldman Sachs Bank USA. Three of the six transfers involved trusts, including one estate-related trust-to-trust transfer and one individual-to-trust transfer within the same family. With half the recorded sales carrying no disclosed price, the available data is too limited to characterize overall market conditions.
