CHILMARK — Site Review Committee identified conditions for Powerwall battery installation. The Site Review Committee reviewed an application from John Guadagno for Lenom House LLC to install a Tesla Powerwall battery foundation at 138 State Road. With the battery positioned 55 feet from the road and screened by existing pool fencing, the committee identified no visibility concerns.
The committee determined, however, that the applicant must return to the Zoning Board of Appeals for approval of a relocated pool equipment vault and referred the project to the Conservation Commission to verify no adverse impact to previously identified archaeological features on the property.
