CHILMARK — Site Review Committee identified permit requirements for State Road renovation. The committee reviewed Chris Alley's application to renovate a one-bedroom studio at 183 State Road and identified issues: the structure violates required setbacks and sits within 100 feet of a wetland. The committee determined that the Zoning Board of Appeals must grant a special permit for the setback non-compliance, the Conservation Commission must approve the plan, and the Board of Health must review the septic system design.
