Based on those two figures, the median recorded price was $1,153,193. The other three transfers, involving the Shanthi Road Trust, 43 Ocean View Farm Rd and 42 Kenasaoome Way, listed no price and appear to be family or trust transfers. With recorded pricing on less than half of the recorded deeds, the data does not support a broader read on market direction this period.
