Three property deeds were recorded in Chilmark between July 31 and Aug. 26, 2026, and none listed a sale price, so no price range or median is available this period. The transactions included a Dilley Way property transferred within the Neumann family trust, a State Road access parcel transferred among Skelley and Campbell trustees, and an Aug. 26 transfer naming Chilmark Town Conservation and Mary Jane Austin Pease as buyers from the Case Brady Family Trust.
