CHILMARK — The Housing Committee unanimously approved the Middle Line Road FY2027 budget at its January 15 meeting. Administrator Alison Kisselgof and Ann Wallace reported on the Lease to Locals program, which has secured three signed leases with three more in the pipeline for residents and local workers seeking housing in Chilmark. A $125,000 warrant article has been submitted to fund the program's second-year expansion beginning July 1 with West Tisbury, reducing administrative fees from $3,750 to $2,500 per month and removing income restrictions for tenants.
