Four Chilmark Deeds Recorded in Late August, Ridge Hill Road Sale Tops $5.8 Million
Chilmark recorded four property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only two disclosed a sale price: 9 Ridge Hill Rd sold for $5.8 million on Aug. 27, and 300 North Rd sold for $1,249,125 the same day. The median of the two disclosed prices was $3,524,562. The remaining two transfers, an unaddressed Chilmark parcel and 4 Dilley Way, did not list a sale price. Three of the four deeds involved a trust or LLC as buyer or seller, and one transfer moved a Dilley Way property from a family trust to an individual with the same name. With half the deeds undisclosed, the data offers only a partial view of the month's market activity.
