The median of the two recorded prices was $3,524,562. The remaining two transfers, an unaddressed Chilmark parcel and 4 Dilley Way, did not list a sale price. Three of the four deeds involved a trust or LLC as buyer or seller, and one transfer moved a Dilley Way property from a family trust to an individual with the same name. With half the deeds lacking a recorded price, the data offers only a partial view of the month's market activity.
