Five Chilmark Deeds Recorded as Trust Transfers Dominate Quiet Period
Chilmark recorded five property deed transfers between July 24 and August 22, but only one disclosed a sale price: $506,387 for 144 South Rd., sold by Gregory J. and Michelle B. O'Connor to JPMorgan Chase Bank NA. That figure also stands as both the period's price range and median, since no other transfer included a consideration amount. Four of the five transfers appear to be trust or family-related conveyances, including a Dilley Way property moved out of the Neumann Survivors Trust and an Ocean View Farm Rd. parcel shifted between two Fabrikant family trusts. With price data limited to a single transaction, overall market conditions for the period are difficult to assess.
