CHILMARK — Conservation Commission approved two wetlands projects affecting buffer zones near Chilmark's ponds. Chair Stephen Kass led the commission to approve David Hummelberg's driveway relocation and landscaping with a 6-1 vote; Chris Murphy dissented. The approval imposed sedimentation barriers, ongoing inspection, and conversion of a western area to meadow.

In a separate matter, the commission unanimously found a negative determination for the Alecue Trust's swimming pool construction.
