CHILMARK — Site Review Committee cleared South Road pool and pool house for further review. Applicant Reid Silva proposed a 20-by-48-foot pool and 20-by-32-foot pool house on the Kadillack Trust property at 118 South Road. The Committee found no issues with the South Road Roadside District location.
The project was referred to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a pool special permit and to the Board of Health for wastewater connection approval due to the pool house bathroom.
