Chilmark Park & Recreation Committee approved freezer arrangement, discussed ice cream proposal. The committee unanimously approved an annual Martha's Vineyard Fishermen's Preservation Trust freezer arrangement for a Menemsha site and discussed a proposal from Marshall Carroll to operate ice cream service at a Texaco station with limited evening hours and menu. The committee also unanimously approved the 2025 Park & Rec Annual Report and decided to submit three completed leases to the Select Board.
The ice cream proposal is scheduled for further discussion at the February 19 meeting.
