The month's top recorded sale was 8 Snail Road at $8,250,000, transferred from SMD Investments LLC to Stormfield Capital Funding I LLC on Sept. 30. The remaining five transfers, including a Julie Jaffe Revocable Trust property and a Jane A. Greene estate transfer, had no price yet available. Every recorded transfer in the period involved a trust, estate, LLC, bank or family-internal conveyance rather than a straightforward individual sale.
