The month's top transaction was 8 Snail Road, sold for $8,250,000 on Sept. 30 from SMD Investments LLC to Stormfield Capital Funding I LLC. South Road saw two same-day transfers totaling $11.5 million. With price data missing for four of seven deeds, the raw transfer count suggests activity, but a full market read is not yet possible.
