Chilmark Housing Committee appointed Allison Cameron Parry to two boards for fiscal 2027. The Committee unanimously voted to name Parry to the Molly Flender Affordable Housing Trust Fund Committee and Community Preservation Committee. Peter Cook continues as chair.

Chilmark Housing Committee appointed Allison Cameron Parry to two boards for fiscal 2027. The Committee unanimously voted to name Parry to the Molly Flender Affordable Housing Trust Fund Committee and Community Preservation Committee. Peter Cook continues as chair.
The Committee received updates on the Housing Production Plan, approved by the Select Board but pending formal submission, and discussed the Lease to Locals program, which has three units in development. Two owners plan to defer entry until after summer, and one property has a tenant fallthrough requiring a replacement occupant.
